Section 121.2
Disposition versions
121.2. The educational childcare provider must keep a medication or a natural product administration sheet for each child receiving childcare.
The medication or the natural product administration sheet must contain the name of the child, the name of the parent, the name of the medication or the natural product for which the parent authorizes administration, the date and hour of administration to the child, the dose administered, the name of the person who administered the medication or the natural product, and that person’s signature.
However, the educational childcare provider is not required to record information, on the sheet, concerning the administration of a medication provided for in section 120, except calamine lotion and oral hydration solution.
The educational childcare provider must ensure that a person who administers medication or natural products records that fact on the sheet.
